Anthropic’s code review push looks useful, but the EU carve-out is the real story
What jumps out to me is not the “generally available” label. It’s the awkward little footnote: if you’re using GitHub Enterprise Cloud with data residency, Anthropic will happily let the product work for you, but you don’t get the credits. That feels less like a random admin detail and more like a sign that the enterprise story is still messy once European data boundaries enter the picture.
